Smart Eco-Events:
Workshop - 07.05.2025

Please register by 23.04.2025 for the AI Challenge in the Karlsruhe region!
Knowledge of artificial intelligence is not required for organizers.

How will participating in the workshop help me?

Participants in the workshop will have an attractive, if not unique, opportunity to discuss the needs of organizers for AI-based solutions with AI experts in an open forum.

The result is recorded in the form of feasible, clearly formulated project profiles so that these can be used as a basis for further joint activities. These contain information on motivation, the budget framework, time planning, implementation with AI processes (e.g. using language models or machine learning), the partners and the system concept.

  • For event organizers, this opens up the opportunity to find out what can be implemented today and in the near future, within what framework and on what terms.
  • For AI developers and service providers, it is an opportunity to find out what the event market needs and how their offerings and products need to be tailored in order to be successful as a service for the event industry today and tomorrow.

Although the primary aim is to improve the sustainability of events, this ultimately manifests itself in generally usable services for mobility, facility management, resource/waste management and knowledge management.

Would you like to take part in the kick-off event as well or instead?

A public kick-off event will also be held at Ettlingen Castle on May 6, 2025.
