Your tasks:

Supporting community management in the organization and implementation of our events and our participation in events from our ecosystem
Preparation and follow-up of events, including participation management, logistics, preparation of documents and feedback evaluations
Support in communicating with our networks via various channels (e-mail, social media, newsletter)
Collaboration in the optimization of processes and tools in the area of community management

What you bring with you:

You are enrolled at a university, ideally in a degree program related to communication, technology, business or the humanities and social sciences
You have a high degree of structure and are a talented organizer
Ideally, you have some experience in event organization or working with networks
Initial insights into and a keen interest in the topics of artificial intelligence and networking are a plus
You have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and an eye for detail
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident handling of common project management tools; knowledge of tools such as CRM systems, event platforms or graphics programs is a plus
