Project Coordination Cybersecurity & AI (m/f/d)

Supraregional

What we stand for

The AI Alliance Baden-Württemberg connects meaningful AI solutions with specific needs and is an essential building block for the strategic development of the AI ecosystem in the state. As a cooperative, we work at the interface between business, science, and the public sector—with the aim of supporting companies and public institutions in the responsible and effective use of AI.

With our regional partners, a growing community, and deep technical understanding of AI technologies, we are building structures that provide guidance, ensure quality, and accelerate innovation. This is not about abstract visions, but about concrete impact—especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, municipalities, and regional networks.

Starting in early 2026, we will be implementing a new project that is becoming increasingly crucial for the digital resilience of companies:

Cybersecurity with and for AI: Review, evaluation, and visualization of support services

We are currently looking for a project coordinator to start immediately.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall coordination of the project and will manage it through all phases.

  • Planning, structuring, and coordination of the entire project process (Q1–Q4 2026)
  • Close coordination with partner organizations
  • Further development of the project methodology and definition of categories and evaluation criteria
  • Systematic survey of existing support and training offerings related to cybersecurity with AI relevance—including community management by the AI Alliance
  • Screening and evaluation of the most relevant offers in each category according to timeliness, quality, effectiveness, and practicality for SMEs
  • Derivation of curated recommendations
  • Creation of an easily accessible overview (web overview, materials for download)
  • Coordination of the publication of results in the form of a "rolling" release – i.e., on an ongoing basis, even during the project work
  • Support with cross-channel communication and visualization of results
  • Consolidation of all results and preparation of the final report
  • Integration of results with existing formats, databases, and transfer structures of the AI Alliance

What you should bring with you

  • Experience in independently managing and structuring projects
  • Ability to coordinate and bring together multiple partners
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Confident manner and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of independence and sense of responsibility

We welcome the following additional skills, but do not require them
