Our offer is designed to support you in every phase of your digitalization and AI project. Our seven building blocks within the innovation process provide you with the best possible support. Regardless of whether you already have an idea or are still looking for a project plan - we have the right offer for every phase.

Our offer modules

Module 1: Non-binding initial consultation and AI readiness check

In the initial meeting, we discuss your wishes and needs together. Depending on the idea and maturity level of your project, we then develop your roadmap and create a customized offer.

In addition, we offer you an AI readiness check to classify your level of digitalization. Supported by the European Union, you will receive your own evaluation including an industry comparison.

Building block 2: Development of the roadmap

In a second meeting, we discuss your roadmap and, if applicable, the results of the AI readiness check. After an assessment of the status quo, we begin our journey together and go through the other building blocks - depending on the project plan.

Module 3: Workshops

In order to be able to plan the project together with you, the next step is to develop the project.

Depending on the maturity of your project, the possibilities, objectives and solutions are developed in a workshop format.

Our workshops range from a potential workshop to an ideas workshop and a requirements workshop. Independent experts are already involved in these workshops, leading to tangible results.

Module 4: Matchmaking with experts

Once the project has been worked out, we start looking for the right experts for further realization and implementation.

For example, we can present qualified solution providers to you at a pitch event and support you in finding them.

Module 5: Funding advice

We also offer you funding advice from our consultants for your project plans.

Depending on requirements, funding advice can include an initial analysis of potential and can be extended to include support with the preparation of funding applications.

Module 6: Prototyping and implementation

Once we have successfully found a suitable solution provider, we will start implementing your project together with the expert. We remain at your side for questions and further projects.

Module 7: Training concepts

Innovation-as-a-Service (IaaS) is a service model of the AI Innovation Lab in which companies commission external experts or service providers to integrate innovations into their processes in a targeted manner.
