Project coordination AI & securing skilled workers (m/f/d)

Supraregional

What we stand for

The AI Alliance Baden-Württemberg is working in one of the most dynamic fields of our time: the responsible and courageous design of artificial intelligence. AI can make a substantial contribution to securing skilled workers – provided that its use is thoroughly analyzed, realistically classified, and communicated in a practical manner. This is precisely where this project by the AI Alliance Baden-Württemberg comes in.

Together with partners, we are using film and real-life examples to investigate how AI solutions can help companies and organizations in Baden-Württemberg to attract, support, train, and retain skilled workers in the long term. The results will be presented in an educational format and will serve as a reliable knowledge base for companies, local authorities, associations, and political decision-makers.

For this project, we are looking for someone who combines in-depth knowledge with structured project work and enjoys effectively orchestrating complex topics at interfaces.

Your responsibilities

In this position, you will work closely with the AI Alliance project management team and with colleagues at CyberForum who are responsible for operational implementation.

While the project management team is responsible for strategic control, decision-making, and communication with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, you will take on a key role in coordinating content and ensuring quality: you will structure, connect, and review—and ensure that operational work, technical relevance, and political connectivity are all aligned.

  • Coordination of operational implementation based on the strategic guidelines of the project management.
  • Translation of decisions into clear work assignments, schedules, and coordination processes.
  • Continuous coordination with CyberForum, external partners, and service providers.
  • Coordination and support for tenders (e.g., for agency or production services).
  • Support for public relations and knowledge transfer.
  • Participation in the development and refinement of the rough concept in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
  • Structured support in identifying and selecting suitable company and organizational examples.
  • Content review and classification of examples with regard to labor market policy, economic, and innovation-related issues.
  • Ensuring consistent content across all project components.
  • Editorial preparation and technical support for content.
  • Content approval and quality assurance for media formats.
  • Ensuring that the results are appropriate for the target group, comprehensible, and didactically clear.
  • Support with publishing and distributing content via suitable platforms.

What you should bring with you

Technical requirements:

  • Completed university degree in a scientific field (e.g., social sciences, economics, media studies, communication studies, political science, or comparable).
  • Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in publicly funded, multi-partner-based, or complex projects.
  • Excellent ability to analyze complex issues, structure them, and present them in a comprehensible manner.

Working methods and attitude:

  • You work independently, meticulously, and to a high standard of quality.
  • You are confident in navigating interfaces and know how to productively bring together different technical perspectives.
  • You respect operational expertise while providing guidance, structure, and reliability.
  • You are prepared to take responsibility for content without requiring formal decision-making authority.

We welcome the following additional skills, but do not require them

  • Experience with media, video, or content projects.
  • Knowledge of Baden-Württemberg's economic, innovation, and labor market landscape.
  • Experience in knowledge transfer between practice, politics, and the public.
  • A keen interest in artificial intelligence and issues relating to work, securing skilled labor, training, and transformation.
