At the AI Alliance Baden-Württemberg, community management is not just a communication format, but a central mechanism for driving change: regionally rooted, needs-based, and with the clear goal of turning specific questions into concrete action. The community managers don’t go into the regions with ready-made solutions—they listen first, identify needs, and bring the right stakeholders together. In May and June 2026, our Community Management team grew by three members: today we’d like to introduce them.
Corinna Hardtke – Community Manager, Northern Black Forest Region
Many companies in the Northern Black Forest know that AI is relevant—but they don’t know what the first sensible step might be. That’s exactly where Corinna comes in. She studied German language and literature and cultural studies, and has worked in the events industry and academia, most recently as a freelance web designer. This combination makes her a go-to person who can explain complex topics in an accessible way—without getting bogged down in technical jargon. Her observation from the first few weeks is spot-on: Often, a single meaningful connection is all it takes to open up new possibilities. For her, community management is a tool—one for creating spaces for honest questions and fostering connections that give rise to concrete projects.
Victoria Nguyen – Community Manager, Neckar-Alb Region
Ideas are exchanged quickly. Implementation, not so much. Victoria Nguyen is working to bridge this gap. With experience in project management, the exhibition industry, and e-commerce, she brings a perspective that goes beyond the topic of AI: How do you make complex content accessible? How does interest translate into concrete next steps? What she observes in the Neckar-Alb region aligns with what the Baden-Württemberg AI Alliance has seen across the entire state: SMEs are open to the idea but are looking for a concrete starting point. Her response is structured—making entry points visible, promoting dialogue in a targeted manner, and guiding steps toward implementation.
Nils Mano – Community Manager, Neckar-Alb Region
AI elicits a wide range of reactions—curiosity, skepticism, feeling overwhelmed, and enthusiasm. Anyone who wants to be an effective point of contact in this field needs more than just technical expertise. Nils Mano has been part of the team since mid-March 2026. He studied media and political science and has worked at ARTE, the State Agency for Civic Education, and the Federal Foreign Office. He understands institutional dynamics and the various interests at play—and knows that trust grows slowly. For him, community management is above all about mediation: not entering a conversation with ready-made answers, but rather listening, putting things into context, and building bridges. His goal for the Neckar-Alb region is to be seen as a reliable point of contact and to help ensure that companies can realistically assess AI and use it effectively.
