With its mix of technology, creativity and forward thinking, Make Ostwürttemberg is more than just a trade fair - it is a world of experience. Over 8,000 m² of exhibition space at the Robert Bosch plant in Schwäbisch Gmünd offered around 10,000 visitors a platform with a lot to offer at the end of September. And the KI-Allianz was also represented with a stand.

Artificial intelligence live and in color
Whether robotics, digital transformation or artificial intelligence: Make attracts innovators, start-ups and SMEs from all over the region. The Baden-Württemberg AI Alliance presented itself with an interactive exhibit that illustrated how AI works and showed how future-oriented technologies recognize patterns and make decisions.
Live demos, workshops and hands-on stations enabled visitors to experience the power of AI technology first-hand and network directly with leading experts. "With our model for pattern recognition, we want to make AI tangible and show how it works," explains Tobias Kenner from the AI Alliance.
Showcase of innovation
District Administrator Peter Polta sees the trade fair as a "showcase for the bright minds of the region", while his colleague Dr. Joachim Bläse praises the versatility and innovative strength of the people of East Württemberg. And it was a meeting place for young and old: even the youngest visitors were able to experience technology - in the truest sense of the word - thanks to the many hands-on exhibits. The event, characterized by "maker areas", live demonstrations and intensive discussions on digital topics of the future, not only offered professional insights, but also inspired a new generation of makers and thinkers.

Digitalization that connects
Make Ostwürttemberg is a lively meeting place where visions take shape and networks grow. It provides an important platform for the goals of the Baden-Württemberg AI Alliance, which sees itself as a bridge between business, science, politics and public administration. With our goal of promoting AI applications in an accessible and application-oriented way, we want to drive the regional and national economy towards a networked future.
The next Make is already eagerly awaited - with even more innovation, networking and a region that is facing up to the challenges of the digital future.
