Our community management supports companies and institutions in sustainably securing and increasing their competitiveness through access to innovative and tangible AI solutions.
The community management of the KI-Allianz Baden-Württemberg specifically connects business, science and politics in the regions in order to promote the exchange of knowledge and the application of AI technologies.
The challenge of AI transformation
Baden-Württemberg already has an excellent AI landscape with recognized research institutions, innovative companies and committed initiatives. However, these potentials are often not yet sufficiently interlinked, which means that many synergies and innovative AI solutions remain unused. SMEs in particular face the challenge of finding the right contact for their specific AI needs.
Through active networking and cross-regional knowledge transfer, community management facilitates exchange in Baden-Württemberg and internationally and ensures that concrete use cases are accessible and AI innovations become tangible for companies, research institutions and public administrations. With a personal approach on site, community management provides the foundation for a strong AI community that drives sustainable growth and value creation in Baden-Württemberg.

Community Management is currently represented in six regions: Stuttgart, Neckar-Alb, Ostalbkreis, Pforzheim, Karlsruhe and Freiburg.

We identify and document proven AI solutions (use cases) from the region and make them available in a central AI ecosystem database.

Companies, start-ups, research institutions and administration benefit from our network meetings, workshops and matchmaking formats.

Small and medium-sized companies in particular gain access to relevant AI technologies and experts through our individual services and consulting.
