How we can establish AI quickly and effectively in your company together:
Our modules at a glance
1. exploration
The aim of this first phase is to develop ideas on how AI can create real added value in your company.
We demystify AI, present practical examples and develop ideas that are tailored to your company's goals and structures.
2. analysis
The second phase involves working out selected ideas to such an extent that development can begin.
To do this, we analyze your processes or potential new business models, check the data basis, involve relevant stakeholders and outline possible solutions.
3. prototype development
The aim of the third phase is to create and test a prototype. We define the objectives of the prototype, prepare the data and, depending on the area of application, develop the prototype either ourselves or in collaboration with our long-standing partners.
We always take care of project management to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
4th scaling workshop
In the fourth phase, we support you in transferring the prototype into a new process or business model and using the knowledge gained for the future.
Depending on the requirements, we offer advice on the business model, AI strategy or integration into your existing processes.
As every company has an individual status in the AI journey, the phases can be used in a modular way and independently of each other. We also offer accompanying
formats to involve and inspire your employees:
- AI technology scouting: outside-in research to identify potential uses of AI
in your business model. - ChatGPT/KI tool training: In a 4-hour training course, you will learn how to integrate ChatGPT or
similar tools into your daily work routine and thus increase productivity. - AI Out of the Box: A playful format that explains what AI is and breaks down any reservations
